MAINTENANCE

Like any treasured art piece, crystal chandeliers must be periodically cleaned to maintain their shine and sparkle. Our service – available to private clients, hotels, companies and industry partners – can be conducted on an occasional basis or to an individually tailored plan that includes hand cleaning and degreasing glass, brushing metals and rewiring the chandelier to the latest safety standard, if required. When a chandelier needs to be relocated or transported internationally, we can provide packaging and shipping services.

With over five decades of experience and a name synonymous with quality and service, we have formed many special partnerships over the years. We are the preferred contracted chandelier installation partner for some of the world’s high-end European crystal brands, and are retained by luxury hotel groups to perform maintenance and rewiring light works across Mainland China and Hong Kong. In addition, we collaborate with interior designers and furniture makers to craft their custom creations and help artists bring light to their art.

RESTORATION

A skilled team of artisans at our workshops in Shanghai and Hong Kong provide chandelier restoration services for vintage or commercial pieces. We also work alongside talented European craftsmen who uphold exceptional standards in restoration projects. Whether it is sourcing missing antique parts, reproducing glass or metal works, rewiring or changing the electric voltage, we can repair and restore your light piece back to its original state. Part of our scope includes travelling to you to conduct the repair or even bringing your light piece back to our facilities for expert work.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Our design team specialise in creating the perfect space and achieving a custom look and feel for every project. We consult with clients to understand their lifestyle, ensuring each space exudes beauty and serves their function. What sets us apart is that we are able to custom make furniture and soft furnishings to amalgamate with our designs and provide a fuss-free service. We believe each project is an opportunity to reflect a client’s individual style and deliver in originality.

Whether you require corporate giveaways, custom awards, table gifts or just a personal souvenir, our design team can work with you to customise environmentally friendly crystal pieces to suit the occasion or recipient. We provide unique shapes and accent colours to choose from, as well as the option to engrave a logo, name or special message. Production is on average 45 working days after design confirmation.
